1. Who we are

2. What we collect

Only what you choose to send us:

• Contact and inquiry form — your name, email, phone (optional), company, and the message and details you type in.
• Client review form — your name, business, your review text, and whether you gave permission for it to be published.
• Email, calls, and meeting bookings — the correspondence itself and the details you provide when you book a call.

We run no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no tracking cookies. The site sets no cookies of its own; our hosting provider may use strictly necessary technical cookies or logs to serve the site securely.

3. How we use it

To respond to you, to provide the services you ask for, to keep the business records the law requires, and — for reviews — to publish a testimonial only if you ticked the permission box, in your own words. We never gate, filter, or edit reviews for sentiment. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

4. Client engagement information

Business information a client shares with us under an engagement (books, records, credentials, plans) is governed by the confidentiality terms of that client's engagement agreement, which control over this policy. We use AI-assisted tools to prepare analysis; we configure them so client information is not used to train third-party AI models, and we tell clients which tools touch their data on request.

5. Service providers

We use Google Workspace (email, documents, and the spreadsheet that receives form submissions) and Vercel (website hosting). No other service receives personal information from this site. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

6. Retention

We keep correspondence and business records for as long as the relationship and our legal and accounting obligations require. Ask and we will delete anything we are not required to keep.

7. Your choices and rights

Email legal@strainge.org to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw permission to publish a review. We will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Our accounts use multi-factor authentication, unique credentials, and least-privilege access. No method is perfect; if we discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you without undue delay.

9. Children

Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will post any material change here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
